Q. What is WE WEAR? 

A.WE WEAR is an e-commerce and content platform with a slow and conscious fashion approach that is born as a space to display, promote and commercialize emerging luxury brands and designers.

We focus on those that have products with a unique design and high-quality, a slow-fashion production process, a sustainable and ethical commitment, as well as a high creative imprint.

Inspired by different cultures, styles and movements, WE WEAR is founded with the intention of offering to customers a diverse variety of exclusively curated products plus an exquisite selection of brands and designers.

Our retail business model works as a digital pop-up store where collections and items can be sold for a certain time, as well as being featured on WE WEAR through editorial content on its various social platforms. Our aim is to promote innovation and creativity, always rewarding quality and artisan work that is focused on generating a more sustainable and conscious fashion.

Q. What makes WE WEAR different to other fashion platforms? 

A. WE WEAR is different because stocks unique pieces from brands and designers mainly from Latin America, but also from Europe and other parts of the world specially curated for you to enjoy under a careful selection process

We focus on brands and designers with a slow-fashion mindset towards their production process using sustainable or recyclable materials, circular economy principles plus having an artisanal work, or an ethical commitment to generate a positive impact.

When you buy from us, most of the profits go to the brands and designers for them to keep designing, innovating, and creating jobs; whilst we contribute to different carbon offset schemes as well as other social programs in developing countries.

Q. Why the products and brands displayed in WE WEAR are so special? 

A. All the brands and designers displayed in WE WEAR have been through a rigorous selection process where we choose them based on our philosophy and vision.

Some of our brands and designers can only be found in WE WEAR, as we prioritise quality, creativity, exclusivity and sustainability in selecting the items. We aim to bring our customer the most exquisite pieces on the market and feature the brand or designer behind those creations.

Q. Do the brands in WE WEAR produce their collections under a fast-fashion concept? 

A. Most of our brands and designers produce their items following a slow production, artisanal and conscious process with a sustainable and ethical commitment.

Q. Where are most of the brands located? 

A. Most of the brands and designers featured in WE WEAR are located in Latin America and Europe. We also stock brands and designers located in North America and other parts of the world.


Q. Where do you deliver? 

A. We deliver orders worldwide, except for unreachable countries.

The cost of the shipping will depend on the destination of the delivery. We have set a flat rate shipping cost by a zone. 

Shipping costs are generally covered by the customer, except for those days that WE WEAR offers discounts and promotions in what the shipping cost will be cover by us.

Q. Will I be charged customs and import duties?

A. For UK customers, the duties and taxes are included on the price, and you will not have to pay extra for it.

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, including EU countries, the price you pay to WE WEAR will exclude relevant duties and taxes. As the order recipient, you will need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the courier to release your order from customs. We cannot advise on the exact amount and recommend you contact your local customs office/tax authority before placing an order.

Q. Can my order be shipped at a work address? 

A. Yes, just add the correct address at the checkout. 

Q. How long will it takes the items to arrive? 

A. As we are stocking and selling products from different countries, the order's arrival time will depend on where the item is located and the courier company timing schedule. It might take between 5 to 10 working days for your order to arrive at your place.

For Pre-Order and Made-to-Order items, the arrival time will be longer as these products are specially made for you.

Q. Do I need to sign for my order? 

A. You do not have an obligation to sign for your order, however, for security purposes is better if there is signature proving that the order has been received.

Q. How can I return my order? 

A. You are entitled to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, a return and refund cannot be processed. 

If you decide to request a return, you have to contact us to customercare@wewearshop.com, and we will guide you in all the steps you need to follow to proceed with the return. 

The return shipping costs are not covered by WE WEAR, and the costs must be paid by the customer, except for extraordinary cases. Please check our Terms & Conditions.

Q. Do you offer exchanges? 

A. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange the item for another size, colour or any other reason, you will have to place a new order and return the original order. We are unable to put items on hold.

Q. Would I have to cover the shipping costs of the return? 

A. Yes, you will have to pay for the return cost. WE WEAR does not cover the return shipping costs, unless, we decide to do so during specific dates or extraordinary cases. Please check our Terms & Conditions.

Q. Are all items returnable and refundable? 

A. Unfortunately not all the items are returnable and refundable.

Some of the products we sell in WE WEAR are made-to-order especially for the customer, so those items do not have return and refund in most cases.

Items like earrings, particular pieces and accessories have no return and refund. You can find more information about this on the description of each item.

Q. My order hasn't arrived yet, Can you help? 

A. If you order has not arrived on time, please contact us to customercare@wewearshop.com and we will offer you more information about your order.


Q. Will I have to make multiple payments for every item I want? 

A. No, you will only need to make a single payment no matter how many products you order. We provide a secure single payment process to make it easier for you to shop with us.

Q. What payments options do you offer and can I pay in my own currency? 

A. You can pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Klarna or via PayPal. As we are based in the UK, payments will be subject to the GBP currency, however, your card will charge you in your own currency.

Q. Who AM I buying from? 

A. As WE WEAR acts as a representative platform to each brand and designer,  you are purchasing the products to WE WEAR.


Q. Which size should I choose? 

A. Most of the brands and designers we work with have sent their size chart and specifications for us to help you on your choice. Please, read the product description carefully to find more information about sizing, fitting and fabrics. However, if you are still having some doubts, please contact us at customercare@wewearshop.com and we will advise you best with your choices. 

Q. What should I do if the item I have just received is faulty or damaged? 

A. Our items are carefully checked before being sent. It would be rare if a product is faulty or damaged; but if this happens, please inform our customer service team at customercare@wewearshop.com and we will be happy to help you. Please, include a photo and description of the fault.

Q. What if I have a question that it hasn't been answered before?
